What is an offer?
An offer is a legal term that signifies a conditional promise. Basically every product, seminar, workshop, retreat, coaching relationship, etc., is a promise to deliver something to you e.g. knowledge, skill, direction, strategy or a result in return for your money. Using the term offer is just a convenient way to capture the wide variety of courses, coaching programs, products etc. that our members review on this site.
Any person or company responsible for the offers being reviewed on this site. They are the business owners, teachers and coaches.
It all begins with the search box. Whether you are looking to read a review for something that you’re interested in, or looking to leave a review for something that you did or experienced, you begin by entering the name of the offer in the search box. Follow these steps:
1-Enter the name of the course, seminar, workshop, coach, book etc., that you wish to review.
2-If the item appears in the results then click on it and then select “Leave
your own review for this offer”.
3-If the item does not appear in the search results you can do an advanced
search if you’re not sure of the name, otherwise fill in the fields under
“Be The First To Review This Offer”. You will be the first to submit any information on whatever
it is you wish to review. You must fill in some basic information e.g. the
correct name of the course and the name of the provider. Afterwards you will
be able to leave your review.
What if I can’t find a review for something I’m interested in?
If no reviews exist for the offer you’re curious about we have made it easy for you to reach out to your friends via email or Facebook community (maybe a few of your friends have tried it), or the wider Twitter universe (surely someone out there has). You can type in a short request e.g. “Anyone willing to share their experience with [name of offer you want to get opinions on] and it will contain a link back to this site. Anyone seeing your request who has experience with the offer in question can click on the link and leave a review for you and for anyone else that is interested in the same offer. With the power of social networking these days you should get a few responses in no time.
Why should I use my Facebook profile to register or log in?
1- It’s easy. You don’t have to provide any information to get going.
2-It allows you and your Facebook friends to easily identify each other. After
all, you trust the recommendations of people you know more than people you
don’t.
3-It’s safe. Facebook doesn’t transfer any of your profile details over to us.
If someone clicks on your Facebook profile they will be transferred over to
Facebook and will see what your Facebook privacy settings allow people to see.
How can I trust that the provider is not gaming the system by having his/her people leave only good reviews?
Anyone can leave reviews, so it will always be possible for a provider to have their friends leave “false’ reviews, but this will be unsustainable over the long-term. The provider will run out of friends before he runs out of customers and if they are not satisfied they will be able to leave their reviews here also.
The best way to “game” the system is to leave anonymous reviews and hence we advise you to consider this when reading anonymous reviews.
If you signed up using your Facebook profile you’ll be able to see if any of the reviews have been left by your friends. So you can ask them directly.
Lastly, we encourage many of our reviewers to make themselves available to be contacted by someone like yourself, who is interested to learn more about their review. You can then get in contact with a real person who took the course or coach. This should give you enough of a perspective to make a choice.

Can I leave anonymous reviews?
Yes, there is a checkbox at the end of every review form that allows your review to show up as an anonymous review. We allow anonymous reviews because there are there are times when an honest review can bring embarrassment, or cause damage to a relationship or career.
However we encourage our members to use their real names as often as possible because real names confer more trust on a review. Nameless, faceless reviews while legitimately protecting a reviewer from embarrassment, or damage to career, relationship etc., also can be used to rig the system.
